Marina Elali started on the stage at the age of 15. While child, she began dancing ballet at the age of three, then studied classical piano and participated in the choir of her school. At the age of 14, she decided to become an artist after watching a Madonna´s concert at TV. At her 15th birthday party she made her first presentation. "It was a surprise to all the guests. One of them was a manager who invited me to open a concert for a popular Brazilian singer called Fagner. After that, many other invitations came to me. I spent two years singing all around the brazilian northeast," she said. Marina added that when the dream of recording her first CD arose, she felt that she still needed a little more preparation. She then decided to go and study music at Berklee College of Music, in Boston, United States.
