Renato Alves Menezes Barreto better known by his stage name Froid is a rapper born in Belo Horizonte in 1993. Froid has a gold record for the single "SK8 do Matheus" with Rodrigo Cartier, and 2x platinum record for the single "Lamentável III " with Cynthia Luz. Currently, Froid lives in Brasilia mainly after the birth of his son. His artistic name Froid comes in honor of the thinker and father of psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud, in its simplified version for Portuguese, the Brazilian artist decided to exchange Freud for Froid. In his songs Froid tries to bring ideas about social problems and his view of the world, in one of his most famous songs "Pseudosocial" the singer makes clear some views about the world and exposes social problems in his verses. .
